If we are comparing the size of two watches, Patek at 11.07mm and Lange 1 PC (2021 version) at 12.1mm. However, movement wise, Patek is only at 5.8mm, while Lange is at 8.8mm, so is Lange more than 50% thicker than Patek. Of course maybe its mostly due to the large rotor. The interesting thing for me is why 5236 is just 1cm thinner than Lange? Maybe due to case construction?
For the quality of finish, to be honest, German Silver alloy is easier to finish than the "common" Patek bridges, but this is another topic.
Once again, congratulations on this great reference and I do believe that you will enjoy it for many many years ahead
