Why can't the watch be shipped?
Can you explain this to the point where we can all understand why a watch cannot be shuipped from one country to another for repair??
Your entire problem seems based on this one problem.

Sorry, Yes, this is the problem. But I can't answer why, because I honestly know not why. This is something Patek will be better placed to answer. The reason I am told is the customs have unreasonable demands which PP cannot work with.
