  After years of appreciation of the craftsmanship and skills which go into making these rare handcraft pieces, I feel very fortunate to be able to acquire this 5088/100P.  The watch features a black enamel dial which is engraved with a volute and arabesq...  

The engraving looks superb and must be a joy to stare at ! The fact that it tells time also is an added bonus ! 🤣 The watch sits well on your wrist and hope that you enjoy it often.

On a technical note for everyone, this 5088/100P version does appear in the regular catalog and is officially not limited, unlike the earlier release of this series, ref. 5088P. However, like all rare handcrafts, a 5088/100P remains *extremely* rare to so... 

I just watched a youtube video yesterday where a large concern just got one of these in, displayed it and said it was amazing and rare.

provided a photo of your 5088P. Do you know how many pieces were made for your reference ?

No one can say with any certainty, but I do remember the number 25 was the rumor during year of release. I have friends who had initially been told they would receive a piece but later that turned out not to be the case due to limit being reached by patek...

I would love to see that as an option on any watch, even those with a 'regular' face.

I start to appreciate the watch (dial, case and buckle) more and more each time I wear it. Hope to see more variation on this model from Patek in the near future.
