My initial feeling is to leave it alone as the watch is totally virgin. I do not intend to wear the watch, unfortunately. I feel almost an ethical obligation (perhaps I am being slightly ridiculous) to leave it undisturbed as an historical piece in a time...

My experience is that it is really, really hard to find rare vintage Pateks, especially mint or NOS. One can search and search and wind up with nothing for long stretches and then 2 come at once. Go figure. But again, many thanks! Best, patekova

Just have it service in a authorize service center like here in manila its Watch Check. In Singapore its Geneva Mastertime. So its tip top shape. I mean for so long not used it shoud be serviced. My opinion. Congrats. Geross.
