I originally thought that the crown of my ref.2471 was replaced as happyguy1688 said. Because the crowns fitted with those rectangular models in the same period have basically no calatrava cross on the crown. But I've been wondering the calatrava cross on... 

I cannot see what distinguishes which model has a calatrava crown vs thos that do not. I ma not sure you can say those with a calatrava cross are service replacements Nice watches everyone Julian
