Hello Jurry,
May i make some comments.
ISO and aperture are important factors.
If you shoot RAW (must be for astrophotography), it doesn't matter your WB as you can easily change it in post as you mentioned.
But you can't change your ISO and aperture once pics taken. You have a Z6II, don't be scared to go higher with your ISO setting, you'll have better results.
You can use SEQUATOR software (free download for PC) to reduce noise if you think your picture is too noisy.
