Photography

Returned to Tokyo a few days ago and this morning the film went to the lab to be developed (I had a few shots left on the final roll and had to use it up)... The laundry is all done (whew that took some time) and just finished cleaning all the equipment a...  

For a while of dreamed of an extended photo trip, with film bodies and no other agenda. I hope to do it someday. Extended for me would be days and at most a week, and not weeks like you did. I always imagine that that there's something so luxurious and a ... 

One of the advantages of a longer period is your relationship with the equipment... via the process of shooting every day. The routine (in a positive sense) of shooting, cleaning, planning, and once more... The routing of handing the (film) equipment and ...

Getting into the holiday spirit with friends... so many details to attend to... I am missing the quiet time walking the streets. My eye goes to the places I have been when the weather report come on... I can confirm that heavy snow continues to fall in Ho...

I have a few trips under consideration for 2015... Maybe Niseko (Hokkaido) for skiing in early February, definitely Santa Fe, New Mexico (USA) in the spring (the timing is not yet decided), and very seriously thinking about Manila in 2015 (have discussed ... 

Which do you think more fun, a planned what to shot or just browse and get surprises. I hope one day I will make a photography trip

a little less than half done at this moment... Editing and post processing to follow... I am enjoying the process, it does take time ;) In my case, I think that I have to set the ground rules... choose a location and consider possible content... but withi...

The scanning process is a work of love... has to be as it's taking a long time ;) Been working more or less full time for three days and about half way through the pile of film... but I have found a few good photos so it's encouraging. I have 11 out of 22...
