Getting into the holiday spirit with friends... so many details to attend to... I am missing the quiet time walking the streets. My eye goes to the places I have been when the weather report come on... I can confirm that heavy snow continues to fall in Hokkaido...

I have been enjoying kimchi since returning to Tokyo... it works with almost everything .

Christmas is not really a holiday here and Dec 24, 25, 26 are normal working days... it's the New Year Holiday that's the big event... January 1, 2, 3 are non-business days for many companies, shopping is almost always available...

I will go to Meiji Shrine on 1-Jan as I traditionally do, take the same photos I take every year, and stop by for a coffee in Shibuya... it's part of the story

The scanning process is a work of love... has to be as it's taking a long time ;) Been working more or less full time for three days and about half way through the pile of film... but I have found a few good photos so it's encouraging. I have 11 out of 22...
