This reminds me of a advert made for a motoring launch sometime back. It was documented that the photographer was on location for several days trying to get that perfect shot. It was also said that the water needed to be so still that it mimicked a mirror...

I prefer the second photo because of the darker sky & water. In my opinion the third photo suffers a bit because the we don't see the source of the reflection... it works but there's a bit of an incompleteness (IMO). All three could benefit from some ... 

Also as ongopt notes, the tonality works better, even if the third one might technically be more "properly" exposed. A great example of the role of the photographer and choices over algorithms...

The darker tones allows the eye to travel further back into the photo creating a greater sense of depth. Nice!
