I prefer the second photo because of the darker sky & water. In my opinion the third photo suffers a bit because the we don't see the source of the reflection... it works but there's a bit of an incompleteness (IMO). All three could benefit from some ...
Also as ongopt notes, the tonality works better, even if the third one might technically be more "properly" exposed. A great example of the role of the photographer and choices over algorithms...
