As you know I am currently in the search for a new kit for macro photography and I have been looking at the very system you have. The color ambiance on the out of focus areas in your pen photo in my eyes is perfect.

The dedicated lenses are excellent and you can use SL lenses without an adapter. You’ve made a wonderful choice. Have fun!

So, I took the picture of my Leica with my iPhone X in portrait mode.
The macros were taken with my Leica TL2 and 60mm macro lens. Prior to that I was using a Leica D-lux 6. If I can do it, surely you will have no issues. Your watch pics are spectacular. The TL2 has a more iPhone interface quality than a traditional camera....
