Yes it does!
I'm not sure which one was post processed but I'm guessing it's the first one. The first looks more 'professional' -- more vibrant, punchy, and contrasty. The second one, though less exciting or attention grabbing, has a nice natural feel. My guess is that the second photo shows the model in the truest light. Ideal may be something in between, providing the crispness of the first with the naturalness of the second. Both very nice, by the way.
Which one do you prefer?

one has color more accurate, but the first one has more character and the figure is better separate from the background, and you want that in this kind of portrait.
