You are right.
No. 2 is closer to her actual skin tone. The photo was taken with the 35/F2 Fuji lens with Classic chrome simulation ( not my favourite portrait lens though). I made the background in #1 more defined and vivid and assigned her a slightly healthier skin tone.
She likes both.
