I hope you can give me Ms Gourdon contact email or something if I need it. My RM 5 is still at the service center SGP 2nd time after the first overall service in Nov 08 and got it back in early Feb 08. It went comatose in late feb. Maybe with the right contact, this will save many headache and heartache too. FYI, my H Moser dial (black) has become discolored - some white patches and it is after the warranty period. They changed it for me free with no labour charge. Again there is one small german watch maker who cares about aftercare service very much.
