Remember my post about 'dial color change' on my RM05?
On Sept'08 i bring it to RM SGP service center.Dec'08..they told that my watch was done and problem settled.After 2 weeks the problem accurred again and i contact ms.D.Gourdon again.She let mr.Mille know about my problem and mr.Mille insists that the movement must be changed completely because it was necessary and they considered this to be the correct remedy in my particular case.So on Jan'09 i bring my watch back to RM SGP service center for new movement and i got it back on March'09 and look awesome now!!!!
So from my experiance...i can say that RM is the best company interm of after sales service under these reasons:
1.Do you ever heard a watch company(or any kind of company)that willing to replace yr movement/parts after the guarantee expired and free of charge?
2.Actually RM can change the parts that had problem only instead of all movement.
I know my post will create another polemic here and iam sure everybody have their own opinion or experiance.

part of the RM design. Note how the movement is 'mounted' onto the case - allows the movement to easily be removed. Hence, the swiftest way to make sure that your watch is returned and working perfectly is to change the movement (think engine) over.

....thats the sort of service I would expect from a small, high value luxury band manufacturer, and as you say its great to post positive experiances about service.

I hope you can give me Ms Gourdon contact email or something if I need it. My RM 5 is still at the service center SGP 2nd time after the first overall service in Nov 08 and got it back in early Feb 08. It went comatose in late feb. Maybe with the right contact, this will save many headache and heartache too. FYI, my H Moser dial (black) has become discolored - some white patches and it is after the warranty period. They changed it for me free with no labour charge. Again there is one small german watch maker who cares about aftercare service very much.
