7.5 sec a day seems a lot
It will probably require a minor adjustment but that of course means being without your watch for a few weeks and it will have to be opened. You can give it another month or so as sometimes it settles on its own. I wouldn't be in a rush to take it back for the reasons I mentioned.

The RM035 I owned before was very accurate. If it doesn't bother you that much, wait for the servicing period, otherwise you can ask maybe for an adjustment as it seems a little too much. Prior to this, you could maybe wear for a little longer in order yo...

RM's I've owned have been the most accurate watches I've owned, so if you're seeing this discrepancy I'd send it in. PS - Let's get a shot of that beauty!
I wouldn't worry too much actually as all RMs I owned faced almost same variation
