my RM10 works perfectly for about 2 years now
with no problems what so ever and i couldn't be more happier, keep in mind it hadn't been serviced yet.
i met Richard last december in Paris and i did discuss this issue with him and all i can say is that the QC now applied now is like no other and is very aggressive
he is very serious on that matter and did acknowledge the fact that they did have some issue.
DID you know that the rejection rate in RM is around 90% yes 90%
i did believe in him and i believe in him even more after i met him and very proud to own an RM watch in my collection (which by the way is the only watch that hadn't left the sadle)

Yes, I was a victim as well......watch stopped..trouble with date.....took 2 months to repair (got it back last week). Keep my fingers crossed that it keeps on running....

Reality is the best measure of any situation. Rejections rates 90 %, blah blah blah... quality control up to so and so standard. Thats all well and good but the ultimate proof is on the customer's wrist.

I fully support your story...could not have said it any better...and....I only own one RM11 but I cherish it.....it's just like a Ferrari...beautiful, expensive and in repair half the time....that's the beauty..
