Nice!
Very exciting that you will be seeing them in person for the first time - I hope the boutique is well stocked! I have heard stories of boutiques being nearly empty in recent months as the demand for RM pieces reached a fevered height.
It terms of the Cyril-Kongo, I think it is best suited to a simple time-only tourbillon movement so as not to distract from the overall intention of the reference to highlight the blend of art and craftsmanship. What might be neat is if they could develop a way of injecting his vibrant colours into the NTPT materials to create an evolution of the original design.
Something I find particularly intriguing about that reference is that each individual piece is unique - as he hand painted them and accented the movements with differing colours and patterns. The one piece I was lucky enough to view in a boutique had a primary colour of light green, whereas other live photos I've seen here and on IG are drastically different,
I have not seen the 053-01 in person, and may not ever get a chance given how high-end of a piece it is. My local AD does get some pretty heavy RM pieces in the door, but the majority are pre-sold upon arrival.
Hopefully you have a chance to take some photographs when you visit the boutique, enjoy the experience!
