To clarify, I know there are 004s by ProjectX on the market. This could be one of them
and it's a well respected company. Bamford and ProHunter don't offer (at least openly) to PVD pre-owned watches. I've not seen an aftermarket PVD watch of any importance that does not have accompanying details of who did the finishing.

it is a Project-X DLC and they do RMs
i think they do a splendid job specially this one also Black-out concept due costumised PVD/DLC finishing on any watch
