Birthday Present..
Just before Christmas last year I sold a Rolex Daytona that I had stopped wearing frequently. I immediately regretted the decision. Then a couple of months ago it was my birthday and my girlfriend gave me a surprise that I was NOT expecting.
To be honest I had never given the No-Date Sub the time of day. But now that I owe one I love it. It has fast become my daily wearer and the overall finish of the case/bezel/bracelet is exceptional.
Glad to be in the Rolex family again.

As per a funny coincidence, I spoke of that with my Partner who has a decent collection of watches, and I asked him why, for one whole monh, he only wore this No Date Sub. His answer was short, but meaningful: " It's a damn cool Watch ". A word for your g...
It is true...
.....so many guys tend to not appreciate the Sub until they have one....then it becomes a favourite. Good for you...and good for your girlfriend
