The Oyster Perpetual is so versatile! I'm curious if you have ever tried changing the strap, such as changing it to a braided strap or a leather strap. Will changing the style bring new surprises? I think it's very interesting to play with small modifications of watches. I want to hear about your experience.
I don't usually wear this watch in the summer, mainly for fear of theft.

I honestly think that what best suits this watch is a steel strap.
But who knows, it would be a matter of trying.
I tried a few leather and rubber options
on my 39mm. Some work and others don't (especially the thinner straps). but at the end of the day I always go back to steel ! ...

I wear all my watches. But I understand. Rolex is the most recognizable making it highest theft target. I wore my FPJ CS in Paris fee last visits and no one paid attention.
