A GTG aboard a ship cruising the Thames River sounds like...
... a dream to me. Gathering such an array of magnificent timepieces on board... I would bet it is an impossible task to do. Joining two Gold Omanis "brothers" after 40 years of their "separation", well ... that simply can´t be done!
Well, I have to admit I was wrong with my thoughts after viewing your great report dear Joe!!
I would truly loved to be on board that ship!! Though I know I would remain sleepless for the following nights just thinking on those dream watches!!
Thanks for sharing and congrats for being there! You surely have enjoyed the company of friends, and the opportunity of viewing these timepieces on your own hands!

Some great and rare watches on display. Wow. It sure will make a few people dream of vintage rolex some more. My favorites were the 5508 orange dial and the JLC Deep sea along with the 6200. Thank you for the report and great pictures. Best E
To be fair...the 5508 was even more spectacular in the flesh....
.....if you imagine Seville Orange....that is what it was like. I have never seen a colour like it. Its difficult to pick a favourite.....
