Were grails for Rolex collectors The 6350 in this condition and configuration was more valuable then a Daytona 6239 and desired like a 6538 Just what changed? I think the size revolution killed it Which is just such a shame Best Imran

but when they'll put it on the wrist consequently they change their feeling about them. Explorers has many variants and references, honeycomb, red write, also the rare white dial, but also lollypop is very rare, this is the one I'm wearing right now ! Con...

at 36mm and it did not join the ranks where Rolex introduced fatter lugs, 40mm which looks larger and maxi dials, etc. Compared to other brands even, the Exp I still look cool at what is considered small for it's size. Real beauties u got there. So humble...

you may need more magic. Vintage orange hand is sought after now. Maybe it needs longer time especially for the 16570 series, imo. But if u compare the older Exp I with the newer one at 39mm, I am not sure I this size difference had any impact on preferen... 

Wonderful watch, masterfully photographed! I love early gilt dialed Explorers but your 6350 is just perfect. Black and gold, guilloche dial - incredible! Enjoy it in good health!

Not to mention the red writing one! Surely old time Explorers deserve our love!! (must confess you that the honeycomb dial brought some sour rememberings to me! But I just die looking at these great pictures of this wonderful timepieces!) Great watches my...

Nicolas, I very much agree with you once again. Funnily enough I was never a Newman fan (the watch) I am not sure why - maybe because they are so sought after that I turn the other way. I think the Milgauss is also very underated! Its stunning, important ... 

And even a 1019 has more recognition for mthe wolrd of collectors than the Explos... Look at their value on the different collectors markets, they are much higher... Why, I can't seriously explain it, but this is a fact. Best, my friend. Nicolas

I just recently saw a spectacular 6350 waffle dial which was to die for. I told the shop I would get back to them while I study this reference. Once I was ready to go back- it was already sold. Here is the watch. One thing is for sure. Before 2015 ends I ...  

BTW: For me an early 1016 or 6610 would also be nice.. But as I've also recently found "my" 1675, i'm not in a frenzy, - One step at a time.. Best, hs
