It’s very easy to see why the Sub would be the last to go in many people’s collection. And THE “go-to.” I fell in love with the *idea* of the Sub. But after years, it was not meant to be in every day practice. It wore much too bulky and blocky on my 7 inch wrist. Never fit right. So I sold it and never looked back. I do however enjoy seeing pics, as it’s a very photogenic watch, and I’m so glad to hear that you have been enjoying it so much! 👍🏻

I don’t own a Rolex Submariner, but if I did it would absolutely be the no date!
I believe there is a reason why is the worlds most copied watch!
It even made the list for one of the best designs of the last century, so in my opinion it’s hard to fault it and yours is top! I have no issue with eider date or no date, it’s just a matter of needs, but the no date aka “the submariner” was, is and will ...

Cannot comment on the Submariner from personal experience but the GR is a barrel full of laughs 👍🏻 Wonder if anyone managed to compare it to the Corolla GR (a tad more power, more space and somewhat better ergonomics) 🧐🤞🏻
