On the one hand, the 4 liner may seem more desirable as potentially rarer? on the other hand from a pure aesthietical POV the 2 liner dial is cleaner!!! Are you building the finest Sub collection around!!!...I agree with you on the Best in class choice when this is possible!...regarding the BC, you already have a great 5510 so that checks the box, now what's the next one? a stunning 5508 or 6536 with fantactic gloss dial and gilt or a nice tropical dial, two seperate but equaly charming options, a bit like chossing between 2 super models, the blond or the brown?

They have similarities but they are really distinct. The lack of the 2 extra lines gives the watch a different feel. It is hard to describe but they do have a different presence. Which such a glossy dial it is easy to capture in photos. Thanks Bill
