Watches serviced by a Rolex Service Center (NOT to be confused with 'Authorized Dealers', which many have a 'watchmaker' hack in the back room who can barely size a bracelet) come with a one-year warranty, so sending it back to rectify any remaining issues is covered gratis by the warranty. The 'Authorized Dealer' charging you extra for every follow-up visit is reflective of the dealer and NOT Rolex.
Save yourself the headache and just send them directly to the RSC, unless someone PMs you information on a competent independent watchmaker who can match Rolex's post-warranty repair quality.
