Honestly the noise around this is so silly.
The guy is 78 years old, has worked hard and paid his dues.
It’s funny, I don’t think there this negativity about his cars. Granted the 67 Corvette which I’ve seen most was a wedding gift apparently from his father (in 1967), but he does own other vintage / collector cars.

Not sure about working hard...
...becoming a multi-millionaire while being a life-long 'public servant' does not sit well with me. That goes for both parties.
+1 ...politicians of all stripes clearly serve themselves, not the public.
A politician's first priority is to get reelected, not to act as a public servant.
I wasn’t making a political statement; I have no dog in this fight.
My personal view on term is that it should be one and done, no such thing as a career politician. That introduces other issues though. My point was, the President of the United States wearing a Datejust should only be of interest to maybe us on this forum...
