Rolex

Hello Purists! I couldn't seem to find a similar topic unless I was using the wrong keywords... I like both watches but can only get one right now. Between these 2, which one would you prefer? Any comments would be great! Cheers! Sunway...

Is the most important. The G.O is a more refined solution, the SD is the real tool watch. Best, Nicolas

...and only you can best know what you are looking for in a timepiece. IMO the GO is more elegant and uncommon -- you are probably less likely to run into your office mate wearing one on his wrist. The Rolex is a tried-and-true performer with world-class ... 

it's icon, real tool, common, proven world class VS. refined and uncommon...I think I know which one I should go for as an outdoor watch that works for office as well. Now need to find an AD in Singapore still carries it. Great help guys! Cheers! Sunway.

If you don't have a Rolex than it is a easy choice...if you already have one then I like the GO, especially if you already have a Sub or similar looking Rolex....just my .02

I had bad luck with a sport evo. first, the bezel came loose, then a screw fell out of the back of a case. I liked the big date feature. mine was an early model. I hope the qc is better now. every dog deserves two bites, & the sport evo went on its way af... 

Watches with many small screws holding the back in place are all prone to this problem eventually which is why Rolex doesn't use that method.

the Rolex is a purpose driven machine, the GO is a luxury sport watch personally, the pursuit of rugged dependability is the ultimate luxury...so my choice would be clear the SD without hesitation!

...if I can get an SD. I tend to be looking for those that are in the verge of being discontinued or already discontinued :-P...Cheers! Sunway.
