I always felt the Green Sub would be hugely collectible
because it is a transitional model that has elements of both 'new' and old--the Maxi dial with the old case, and the Green Bezel of course. It seems that it would be a very unusual model in the years to come.
They seem to be a bit soft in today's market so now's a good time to nab one. But it seems certain that in a year or two if not sooner, they will be discontinued and become serious rarities.
But I disagree that the RRRR ring will be more desirable. I think no RRR, no 'decoration' in keeping with the tool watch, but who knows... interesting discussion.
