I appreciate the balanced remarks.
I'll admit Fx - I am on the list for the white dial Daytona, and expect to receive it in 2017. But your case for the black dial is quite compelling.
When I was a little younger, my decision was sometimes to choose the option that fit my collection better and left me more diversity. I learned some years ago it is better to select the version you think is best. Maybe you already have a white dial, or a black dial, but still look at this Daytona and decide which is better. For my eyes I still think it is the white, but time will tell.
