I found these two dials still no concrete answer
I am sure you have done the research. But there are no good avenues. I did find a Domino dial "Swiss Made" with lume (looks like luminova) and the double index hash marks with lume.
How does this compare. All I can see is that your batons seem to be placed on little black circles where the luminova / tritium plots would have been placed including the crown. You can see this in the close up shot you provided.
I still have no explanation.
