Looking for thoughts, feedback, advice.....
I own a 2006 Rolex GMT Red and Black Bezel and have always loved this piece. It's a bit unique and a little rare as most folks seem to favor the Pepsi bezel; that is one of the things that initially attracted me to the watch not to mention that Rolex stopped making it.
Lately, I have noticed that I have not been reaching for it as much as I once did. So, I started thinking about trading it in for a watch that I feel I would wear more. I then stepped back and thought, since Rolex is not making this piece anymore, would it be premature to trade it in at this time? Might it's value and "mystique" grow over time?? How does one determine or try to forecast the future demand of a watch? Granted every situation is a bit different, but how does one know when it is time to trade a piece in?
Any thoughts on this partucular piece and it's future would be most appreciated. Thank you all for taking the time to read. Best regards - Paul

The watch you talk about was the same type exactly as my very first Rolex. I actually sold that watch to a friend of mine and have been nagging him for the last two years to sell it back to me. I have no idea how much the watch is worth now. What i do kno...
