Looks like a Reference 9919 with a 6763 bracelet.
Although confirming this with actual hallmarks and/or paperwork is recommended. If it has been out of service so long, it should go back to RSC before being run at all. But tell them to skip the refinish on that beauty, and ask for an appraisal (included with service).
