Few weeks ago I reported my experience dropping the watches for service. After that coming back from picking them up all I have to say is that the RSC in NYC is amazing. My watch came up from being broken to work as it used to, just perfect. I had to pay ...  

I have mine on now. How long had you have had since a service ? ...  

About 15 business days which was very good considering that happens during December and we all know that month tends to be slow.

I meant how long have you had it if first service or when was the last service? Maybe you had another post about it. Mine is going on 5+ years , my other watches I send in at 5 years this I was going to go until an issue

Mine was 10 years - first service. My wife’s watch - 5 years and some months without issues, also first service

I actually ask the RSC representative, and was very honest about it.

I cannot say the same for about any other brand, except Omega. The worst service, in my experience, is Patek Philippe’s.

I think this is one of the reasons why Rolex still ranks first among luxury watch brands. Congratulations on owning a brand-new watch!
