not turned off by it, jury is still out but leaning towards not turned on by it.
I guess this is to cater to the steel bracelet precious metal bezel crowd?
Who want it to be obviously precious metal as opposed to white gold that looks like steel.
Actually not bad, especially in 36 mm, BUT only if they get rid of the double batons on 3-6-9 and replace them with single batons.
Rolex is so underwhelming this year. Not even different dials for Land Dweller? My wallet is safe.
I own a two-tone 36mm explorer I, and think that's quite alright
As for a gold dial / bezel matched with an all hairline steel bracelet: for an anniversary watch, why not? I'm starting to like this piece simply because of the negative comments 😀😛😝 Chk
