Rolex Daytona 116503 short visual Review
This is a short visual Review of the Rolex Daytona 116503 that I just received yesterday ! I previously owned the Steel version black dial (you can see the short visual review here ) but is now gone to my mom that really wanted it😁 and, as you might know, ADs have now restrictions on having the same model twice...so sometime ago I asked for the least sought after daytona: the two tone one.
I remember that around 2015,2016 steel daytonas were still not that easy to get but there was almost always a two-tone available.
It has a bit of a retro look but I like it a lot🤍 and even more than the steel one
The black dial of this version seems to be the most popular but I am actually much in love with this champagne dial.
Scarce supply often means that the destiny 🔮decides which versions you get 😁
Is the Daytona hype justified ? My clear answer is yes. I have many watches but the Daytona has a fantastic look, a good water resistance
and like many Rolexes it is very versatile (allright this version perhaps looks at best with a suit 
Watches are not investments. You buy a watch to wear it and enjoy it but I have to admit that buying a watch knowing that the
market price is much higher than what you pay makes you somehow very confident about the purchase
I am very happy to have a Daytona back in my collection and I look forward to wear it a lot.
