The Daytona platinum, this is funny... I hated it when I saw the first official photos, then I totally changed my mind when I saw it in real... As for the 5070P, well, it was love at first sight, but never could grab it when it was for sale. Lucky you. Gr... 

There are many watches which left me somewhat cold on launch but then after a little time to digest and handle they became must haves for me. I do think watches can be very different in the flash. I do have to say though that being a die hard daytona fan ... 

For me there are not many submariners which mean as much as this one does. It symbolises so many things and stages in my life for me. The fairly rare transitional 16808 with its nipples ticks lots of boxes. Thank you for your comment. M.
