Thanks René, The problem with this hunt is the price of a brown insert in good condition. Not far away from a 1000 USD. So I'm not sure to go for it. Guillaume

Now that vintage rolex prices have raised so much, but you never know when a cheap and original one can surge, in the meantime, enjoy this one very much, and if I find a nice brown vintage insert not as pricey over here, I promise I'll let you know Best r...

My own 1680, which has been with me since new, in 1977, shows its original bezel in grey, with a small hole between 14 and 15 minutes, but I refused to change it. I very much like these discolored bezels. They give a lot of character to the watch. May be ...
