I just got back from my grabbing my much needed caffeine fix, and I spotted the guy behind me in line sporting a pristine 1680. (I wish I have had my camera with me). It was a spectacular beauty. So, I decided to post this tread and ask everybody to post ...  

If so, here is my Trio... 16750 from 1981: 1680 Red from 1972/73.. 1016 from 1967: Here the 1016 in a very appealing position, with my Semi Vintage Explo II from 1995: Then the Vintage I owned and finally sold: 1655 ( Not my pic )... 16 800 From 1985: 168...  

I knew I could count on you, Nicolas. Your wife's 1016 and your Red 1680, in particular are just great examples to prove that the passing of time is not necessarily a bad thing. And your 16750, proves that you have great taste... for obviuos reasons.LOL. ... 

LOLOL I had no other choice to let them go to fund other more important pieces... So, that's why... And If I tell you what I had to sell among my pre vendome Panerai watches, it's even worst...Or better, as it allowed me to put my hands on really nice tre... 

i love vintage rolexes... mine are in the more affordable range but it doesnt matter one bit to me... i love these 2 loads need to get round to taking better pics of them soon. thanks for the post. cheers, raph...  

The Vintage Rolex watches can perfectly be summed by your 2 watches , 2 icons...A Sub, and a GMT! Perfect, impeccable taste, my friend. Best. Nicolas

This is my 1603 from 66. I love this small watch on my big arm! A real pleasure to wear it. I need an old hands set, but it's just a question of time. Enjoy...

your 1016 and 1680 are both stunning as well, did I read correctly that you let the 1016 go? That one is on my short list but with vintage prices going where they are it makes it tough to buy with out thinning the collection....and I have not found one I ...
