Can anybody help. I have a 1956 oyster perpetual with steel band and I am trying to track down an original box for this watch. I had the misfortune to be sold a fake, but the problem is that I have no idea what type of box would have been used. I would be...

these pictures show "reconstructed sets" and the box is not the "original" one. The last one is a service box. I would expect a rectangular box with either flat or faceted top.

I did a long search to fall on contradictory answers... To believe that no one got a full set 6542. Best, Nicolas.

but it's complicated to be sure a box is "correct", as there is no official Rolex documentation (like on bracelets for instance).
