Yes, my friends, one of our friends whatsapped me while I was at the court pleading, to tell me that there was a new Tudor " Big Crown ". A new Big Crown... for a moment I thought there was a confusion with the Only Watch offer, you know, this one: No, no...  

I tried the blue one, sorry to say, but this watch has a huge lack of finesse. It could be infinitely more beautiful, looks like a block of steel, carved into a bigger block. IMHO of course

But I\'m talking size now. Tried a Tudor Heritage Chrono once and found it to be quite (too) boorish. What I wonder is who Tudor is targeting with this version. Collectors of vintage Tudor/Rolex Submariners who will not be able to get their hands on an or...  

More seriously, it takes time to appreciate it. At the beginning, I found it very big, not very gracious nor sensual, then I started to understand it. I will post a huge review on that matter. Maybe you will change your mind, as I am explaining all the ba...

a very clear way to differentiate Tudor from Rolex? Being obviously way less elegant? A Rolex customer should after all never start doubting why he is paying triple the amount of € $ £.....

Price point Size does matter here too maybe at 40mm it may become a bigger hit Also the movement, if they use the new movement or even plonk in an old movement with slower beating of the heart, does it make any difference? For me, it\'s all about the appe...

... you have seen and photographed mine. It has proved how accurate, reliable and tough it is. (It even suffered an accidental fall to the floor which made a small scuff under one lug during a photo shooting in a restaurant in Paris!!) but it kept ticking...

based on the photos, my ranking would go black, blue then red, or maybe black, red, then blue. hard to say until i see them up close.

Time will tell... But I wonder if both is not the answer. A small detail which changes a lot the perception you have on the watch...

So I guess that means that my decision is made. Reliable and accurate. A little on the big side to me in terms of size, but not too far out that it isn't wearable.

I'm switching off my computer! LOL! But honestly, the black is a little too sedentary for me. The blue, maybe...

As for the size, it is part of its coolness. One thing I would have preferred, a thinner case. To make it even more sensual. Best, my friend. Nicolas

.....as someone before said, its depth makes it feel uncouth. It is like a bib block of steel without any finesse. If this had had a much slimmer case, it would have been double the watch.

.....and interested! I have the red which still speaks to me and is both accurate and enjoyable. However, the black posted here ,especially with the red triangle, is starting to intrigue me. Will have to see it in the steel Thanks for the update best henr... 

I saw many pics online already but haven\'t seen one in the metal. It may be too big and thick for me - will have to try and assess Case size and thickness aside, this watch ticks all the boxes for me and is a good value sports watch for sure Thanks Nico ... 

it's a red BB with a black insert and a black crown tube. I made better franken's myself. IMHO so should it have a unique dial/hands in some way this is just thinking the Rolex way, change some color and we have a new model. Tudor, you can do better than ... 

but am tempted by the new black one too... but I think the blue is softer than the black. I was never a fan of the red bezel (loved the leather strap option though)... but if it was orange Cheers Andrew ...

A great design at any price.

at a Rolex and Tudor reception given by my the local dealer. There was a Tudor UK representative with the only available watch with the SS bracelet. A really nice watch better in the flesh, It appears lots of jewelers are contacting Tudor to get a pencil ... 

but forgot to take a picture because of the Beagle that just landed It had the steel bracelet. Have to say that I do not really like that bracelet. The watch itself is already big and thick so I think a NATO, leather or canvas strap would tone the size do... 

But the black one definitely is a game changer.. How about yourself? Which one is your favorite ? Sam

So, realistically, the Black Bay Red, then the Black. I'd well see myself getting both of them. Best, Nicolas
