For me it would be a vintage Explorer 1016.
I don't have one yet but I am saving for one at the moment, hopefully next year I have the funds to buy one. They are probably the most "un-Rolex" Rolex model and that is what I like so much about them. Simple and IMHO the most beautiful and well-balanced...
