Rolex

Just yesterday, one day after the 60th anniversary of Hillary's climb to the Everest summit, I got my first Explorer 6298, also from 1953! It will nicely compliment my 1016, 10 years younger than the 6298: Years ago, I hardly would have paid attention to ...  

I have to confess that I am looking for one, one in thjis reference or a 6350... This on is such a marvel. Very well done, and huge congratulations on a very nice addition in your already beautiful collection. All the best, my friend; Nicolas

The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Nothing can replace the joy of knowing the history of a watch and all it represents. If only the watches could talk. In any case we as collectors will do the talking and as collectors you 1000's who are listening....
