Hi Bill, The Silver has turned bluish by the time it reached my hands. I think I ever heard some rolex collector calling it the blue daytona. Cheers!

rare dial for late 6239/6241 and for 6262/4 with the " sloped A ". colour is silver/lightblue : does your dial have completely flat counters like the one shared by me ?? ...  

Morning Marcello, Yes the font on the light blue Daytona has the same shaped 'A' and the sub dials are indeed flat. Thanks for the info. :)) Regards, Chong

indeed rare and completely underestimated ... these dials with flat counters are rarer than Paul Newman ... market is really crazy and unaware ....

first one shows the completely flat counter and the 2nd the SINGER punch with the " square S ". ...  

maybe this subject ( dials for 6262/4 and late 6239/6241 ) deserves a technical post : I will do it ASAP.
