You will be amazed at what is still out there
There are pristine examples of watches that sold that still live in collectors hands.
This is a good sign for those that hold them. It also means the bar has been raised. More and more Tropical dials will no longer be a way to disguise and hype a lesser quality dial. This a good way to educate and communicate true quality not sales talk. When you see a real Tropical dial in person you will know what I mean as well as a true 9++ dial.

What are being paid behind the scene. Most, if not all, great watches are usually bought by word of mouth from dealers, collectors, friends....I doubt they are trading hands for this obscene kind of money..... Remember the good ole days when you could buy...
