In historical sizes, not supersized as they tend to do.
Iβve seen only one other myself.
They released 600 in steel like this one, and another 100 each of rose, yellow and white gold. 900 total is a pretty low run for an LE by GS standards. My guess is many stayed in Japan, especially the precious metals.
One of my fav GS case shapes! Wears better on my small wrist compared to the 44GS case.
The dial is amazing as you expect from GS and somehow the date window doesnβt bug me as much for this. ...
Same for me, one of a few watches where the date window does not bother me.
Maybe because with the surround it becomes more pronounced and obviously part of the dial. I agree that the dial is very strong, simple but catches the eye always. Great to see another one here.
