Congratulations on the SBGA127. That's one of my favorite pieces with the blue dial and titanium case & bracelet. Although I don't have the SBGA127, my wife has an STGF077 too! She really likes that watch and we both enjoy the high quality, comfort, and u... 

I'm hoping she'll like it. I'm a little nervous it might be too dressy for everyday use with the diamond-point hour markers...

Like most Grand Seiko's, the STGF077 is subtle and classy. The diamond marks are very discreet, much more so than the diamond bezel on other models.

My spring drive is running about 1/2 second ahead - this pic was snapped right before my wife's second hand snapped to the next marker. Yeah, I'm a little anal retentive... ...  

Having a Spring Drive, or even better a 9F at hand, is for any \'normal\' watch sufficiently accurate for time setting... So no need to grab the smart phone/ getting into the internet. Nice pairing!
