Eureka! I found it!
My lost Seiko has come home.

It was in a box of Kleenex (aka facial tissues) that was residing under the back seat of our Honda Ridgeline truck. My wife put the box

into the back storage well to keep things from sliding around. Today as we were loading up the truck, the Kleenex box fell apart and the watch slid out. (Dramatic recreation). Yay!
We went to help our friends celebrate a family gathering, then came home with a cooler full of extra ice and lots of food and beverages.
I make it time to pop a cork!

Based on their location, I think the watch got into the Kleenex box last October when we drove to Arizona & back.
