Grand Seiko seems to focus on dials and movements not so much on shapes. Cartier tanks are not hard to acquire tho.

Can you define what you mean by Tank Watch?
Rectangular with prominent sides (like the treads on a tank)? I think it’s more likely you might find that style in a Credor, rather than GS.
