very childish and naive. I would never buy a watch because some celebrity is advertising the same. You mentioned that basically all other brands except GO and GS are having Ambassadors. Who are the Celebrities Patek is using? Best, Kari

And if I wrongly accused Patek, I am sorry (will look it up, though). I also agree with you in the sense that I cannot imagine getting a watch because of a celebrity. At the same time I guess for many brands the people knowledgeable about watches, or put ... 

say sorry to me. Once Patek used Charlie Sheen . He's a client of PP and the ad was made when Charlie "lost" one watch after having hanky-banky with some hooker. I took at more like a good joke rather than using a Brand Ambassador. Anyhow, the whole idea ...

Although I would never buy it because of the Ambassadors, there are some brands that when I see their advertising and the celebrity trying to look cool, I think, "Why are they endorsing THAT brand? I guess they don't have enough celebrity clout for a bett... 

Where top models are endorsing / modeling for fairly cheap brands, it is because those can afford to pay more? Not in all cases of course but known to happen...

... Gotten another GS completely by accident. Should be here quickly, then I\'ll share - actually did not plan it at all but then could not resist the temptation (IIRC according to Oscars Wilde it is not a temptation if one can). But this then really has ...
