I have had to do brand building several times in my career…

 

And did some consulting in this area previously, too. I guess I was relatively brand immune even beforehand and for quite some time I was proud of being able to find an exciting car I would enjoy from every single (reasonably sized) car manufacturer. This would possibly still be the case but now I am getting older and don’t take the time to check the model lines worldwide anymore 😊🤷🏻‍♂️ And many lineups got a lot more boring, too - sadly 🤦🏻‍♂️


But brands - while fascinating as theoretical constructs, and very effective as marketing instruments - don’t sway me personally.
